Sažetak
Synthesis and properties of new dicyclopalladated azobenzenes with different solvent molecules as ancillary ligands (dmf, dmso and py) are reported. Crystal structures of five new complexes are presented and discussed. Quantum chemical calculations were used to rationalize cis/trans isomerism exhibited by varying the solvent ligand, aromaticity of palladacycles and UV-vis photoabsorption spectra.
