Sažetak
Exposure to artificial light has become a part of our everyday life-style at home, in the office and on the street at night. The price is high, disrupted body rhythms and wrong dominating spectral components of the light. The result is occurence of stress states which manifest themselves as various psychophysical disturbances in sleeping, eating and behaviour. We shall report here some of investigations concerning the wrong and potentially dangerous spectral components of the artificial light suorces in common use.
