Sažetak
The paper evaluates European air traffic development dynamics as well as key factors, which influent the geo-strategic strengthening of South-east European region. The problem of fragmentary characteristic of European airspace should be solving by the comprehensive dynamic harmonization programmes, which can also contribute to effective increase of airspace capacity and increase of air transport efficiency. The main objective of European air transport strategic development is related to the implementation of actual reformation processes of the air traffic management system through functional ATM regionalization and adoption of Single European Sky legislation.
