Sažetak
Successful application of Six Sigma programs in any business environment greatly depends on the existing Six Sigma infrastructure. The Six Sigma infrastructure includes a number of trained personnel, fully or part time committed to Six Sigma program. In a current Six Sigma literature, there seems to be little consistency among those various roles and responsibilities. The paper deals with the importance of creating such infrastructure, explaining common hierarchy within Six Sigma personnel and giving examples of body of knowledge for some of Six Sigma hierarchy levels.
