Sažetak
The purpose of tribological measures is minimising the wear and abrasion to the limits of possible. At the same time it is necessary to reach the level of reliability, the goal is to enclose the term of product lifetime with term of functional aging. We can reach that by using the tribological measures in which is necessary to include tribologically correct constructing. The significance of application of these measures has been researched on example of bushing strainer, worm segments and bearing shaft of screw presses for oil percolation. Analysing of structures, hardnesses and wear marks has been conducted in few years on equipment from different producers as well on own models-parts. It is concluded that the usage of hard welded layers on frontal conjuctive surfaces of worm segments, on shaft and bushing strainer can reduce negative influence of construction performance on screw press parts.
