Sažetak
Business activities are rapidly changing nowadays and there are increasingly complex requirements set on programming solutions. That puts traditional software development methods behind and leads to the need for different approaches. Modern approach is called agile. This paper presents the process of software development and the methods that are applied to the process. An overview and comparison of traditional and modern methods of software development is given. Finally, there are some thoughts about modern research of software development methods and their application.
