Sažetak
Management in the hotel enterprises based on concept of project management enables the hotel enterprises to achieve strategic goals, strategies and higher levels of performance efficiency. Business operation in the hotel enterprises, which can meet these prerequisites, will provide competitiveness and long term development and survival of hotel enterprises on the tourist market. Efficiency of the project management process is based on efficiency in three segments: functions of project management, the project management knowledge areas and management of project documentation.
