Sažetak
Project management is a modern concept of business operations that is increasingly growing in importance. Project management has a vital role within the framework of the strategic management of a hotel enterprise. This is due to the fact that the strategies of the hotel enterprise are implemented through the realization of a project, making it possible to reach the objectives set forth. In this way, the hotel enterprise can adapt to the shifting trends on the international tourist market and can adjust to the changing demands and requirements of customers, thus securing a competitive position for the enterprise on the tourist market.
