Sažetak
Planning and scheduling represent the basis for functioning of ERP system. The experience has shown that there is a need to integrate these models into ERP system of digital enterprise, which enables the use of the present state of resources in planning and scheduling, as well as the linking of financial results with fulfilment of plans. In order to survive on the EU market it is necessary to keep track of new production technologies, methods and procedures. It is of vital importance to build a digital enterprise that will enable effective use of the acquired technologies, procedures and processes by introducing automated machines, small automation of reception and transportation of base materials, inventive solutions of tools for incorporating operations and ERP system.
