Sažetak
Methods: 87 patients positive to H. pylori underwent endoscopy, serology (ELISA- Helori test, Trieste, Italy ; CF- Institute Virion, Zurich, Switzerland), hystology, urease test and culture at all medical exams. The therapy consisted of different therapy schemes after wich H. pylori eradicatin was achived in all patients where hystology, urease test and culture were negative at all control check up. E valuation of serology tests has been made at the following time intervals: A) First endoscopy check up of the patients ; B) First control endoscopy check up of the patients within 1 to 4 months after therapy ; C) Second control endoscopy check up of the patients within 4 to 10 months after therapy ; D) Third control endoscopy check up of the patients within 10 to 18 months after therapy. Results: See table 1. Conclusion: 1. ELISA has higher sensitivity than CF, so that ELISA shows the previous H. pylori infection longer time. 2. Elisa shows H. pylori eradication whitn the time interval of 10 to 18 months after the therapy. CF shows the H. pylori eradication within the time interval of 4-10 months after the therapy. 3. Serology tests shows H. pylori eradication less than histology, uresae and culture.
