Sažetak
Regarding characteristics of transportation exchange and the problems of subject active in this market, the paper considers the possibility of qualitative improvement through organisation of business on the exchange principles. Since the level of business operation in the transportation exchange influences directly the development of the transportation, any improvement in this sense has its positive effects on functioning of the traffic system as a whole
