Sažetak
Aim: Five different 7-days therapeutic regimens for H. pylori eradication were compared in patients with gastric (GU), duodenal ulcer (DU) and non-ulcer dyspepsia (NUD). Methods: 85 GU (M/F 47/38, mean age 57), 230 DU patients (M/F 135/95, mean age 49) and 71 NUD (M/F 34/38 mean age 58) who were positive for H.pylori underwent endoscopy, urease test and histology at the beginning of the study and 4 weeks after the end of the treatment. They were randomly assigned to five 7-days treatments groups: OAM: omeprazole 20mg b.d., amoxicillin 1g b.d., metronidazole 400mg b.d. (n=97), OAC: omeprazole 20mg b.d., amoxicillin 1g b.d., clarithromycin 500mg b.d. (n=75), PAM: pantoprazole 40 mg b.d., amoxicillin 1g b.d., metronidazole 400 mg b.d. (n=60), RAz: ranitidine bismuth citrate 400mg b.d., azithromycin 1g o.d. (n=77) and RAAz: ranitidine bismuth citrate 400mg b.d., amoxicillin 1g b.d., azithromycin 1g o.d. (n=77). One week pantoprazole+amoxicillin+metro-nidazole therapy was more effective than the same regime with omeprazole. In ulcers healing and clinical improvement there were no statistically significant differences between five groups.
