Sažetak
In this paper, some considerations on the behavior of stainless steel AISI 304, subjected to uniaxial stresses at high temperatures, are presented. Experimental investigations aimed for the determination of material properties and material short-time creep behavior. Finite element simulation of material creep behavior for both selected stress and temperature is also presented. Appropriate tests were curried out to obtain the necessary data for stress versus strain curves at elevated temperatures, strain versus temperature curves as well as creep curves.
