Sažetak
Developing an adequate legal framework for construction sector is one of the major tasks in transition towards European competitive market. Ministry of Envirometal Protection, Physical Planning and Construciton has proposed a sequence of laws, regulations and provisions concerning the construction sector and application of these documents should assure that construction fulfils required essential requirements as well as quality requirements. Ministry of Economy, Labour and Enterpreneureship started a project named Technical harmonization in order to support and finance implementation of quality managemnt systems in SMEs. Existing institutions also formulated new ways of supporting quality improvement trough projects of quality management systems' implementation as well as following the developement of quality in the world and transfering kowledge and experience to domestic experts.
