Sažetak
The paper proposed deals with a question on how to improve the existing neo-liberal globalisation. It therefore 1) offers its thorough state of the art analysis, 2) formulates its global-wide dynamic model including its mathematical results, 3) a review of economic results, 4) a review of future consequences of neo-liberal globalisation, 5) a draft of overall urgent general corrections of existing globalisation, 6) a fundamental tool necessary to be imposed over better steering today’ s globalisation process and, 7) finally, a proposal of specific tool to be used by European community in order to improve its role in the world economy. If we do not apply the above suggestions, the neo-liberal globalisation will gradually suffocate for itself and thus pass over its phase of anti-globalisation.
