Sažetak
The paper covers the quality research of the elements of organizational culture in a company producing pharmaceuticals and cosmetics. The achieved results point to the importance of certain elements of the organization culture in the given company. Following the quantitative evaluation of the organization culture, considerable recommendations can be given to the company management, relating to the improvement of the status of company structure.
