Sažetak
The analysis of transformation processes in sport has always provoked scientific interest of researchers, but also of expert who deal with this topic on a daily basis. Sports training is a programmed transformation process by means of which the initial state described by a set of indicators comprising the physical fitness level changes into a new desired state in accordance with the training periodization, competition calender and allowed recovery measures. It may be said that the obtained results speak about vast possibilities of rational planning and programming of sports preparation provided that these processes are based on accurately defined initial states of sports preparation and objective perceptions about the importance of certain anthropological features in sports disciplines under consideration. Numerous research studies and perceptions obtained by researchers mus find an appropriate place in creating and execution of the training process. In that sense the authors of this paper have tried to present some possibilities of researching into transformation processes, and the presented results will help to better understand the changes that occur as the result of certain procedures defined by their contents, loads and methods of work.
