Sažetak
Institutional QA system at the Faculty of Civil Engineering University of Rijeka is based on the University QA rulebook and it is defined in Faculty rulebook and handbook. The main QA unit that coordinates all the QA activities at the Faculty is QA board and the supporting units are Office for the students’ affairs and Office for the assessment and improvement of quality of studying. In this presentation institutional QA organizations and their tasks, actions and members are presented as well as the first experiences in QA system implementation. Also the QA units at the University of Rijeka level are presented in details.
