Sažetak
Midline, oblique or transversal facial clefts are rare anomalies. They could be part of various syndromes or they could appear as single malformation. Through treatment of those malformations we could conclude that every case need carefol preoperative planning, including the assessment of available tissues and structures, often using the compilation of more surgical procedures which is essential for achieving the satisfactory result in the primary and secondary procedures.
