Sažetak
Thermoelectric power, ac and dc conductivity measurements were made on sintered pressed powdered mixtures of ZnO and Zn. TZhe properties change with temperature and composition, and the changes are closely related to each other. the experimentally observed dependences of the measured physical parameters on temperature and composition could be satisfactorily and consistently interpreted in the frame of the "bended band model", developed by Fritzsche [1], Ryvkin and Shlimak [2, 3].
