Sažetak
The paper describes the measuring instruments designed at the Faculty of Technical Engineering used for measuring 22 bodily postures within the scope of the project in which kindergarten children were measured. Measurements were taken on male and female children aged 3, 4 and 5 years in Bihać, Una-Sana Canton, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The total number of children was 286, 155 male and 131 female children. The main three components used in the measuring equipment were vertical profile, portable chair and sliding calipers, which are described in this paper. The measuring parameters should be used as a basis for children's standards throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina. The results of anthropometric measurements shown in this paper are compared with the results of anthropometric measurements obtained in Croatia.
