Sažetak
Investigations are presented of complex and numerous interactions among workers, machines and environment in textile and garment industry. The position of the workers is discussed from the point of view of work study, a thermal view is given, and especial emphasis is given to harmful excessive level of stress. The impact of the machines and technological processes on working conditions are analysed. New air-conditioning systems are introduced, of highly favourable ergonomic, energetic and economic characteristics.
