Sažetak
The author have developed a new arthroscopic technique with extracapsular plication for multidirectional shoulder instability. This technique enables the surgeon to correct the degree and direction of laxity in a patients with MDI of the shoulder. Furthemore, this type of technique offers better healing potential for the capsule because the fibrous layer is plicated and tied. The author present his clinical experience with extracapsular plication.
