Sažetak
This paper presents the results of a physical, chemical and bacteriological analysis of the most important water resources in Dalmatia (Southern Croatia) for a five- year period (1994-1998).The objective of this paper is to present, according to the obtained results, the specific characteristics and properties of these water resources, taking into account their chemical content and the degree of bacteriological pollution.The results in this paper are expressed in mg/l, mequiv/l and % equiv.Furthermore, the water characteristics are expressed by coefficients that represent the ratios between water ingredients.........According to the results of investigations the water in Dalmatia is quite safe and mainly preserves its natural properties.
