Sažetak
Intraduction. The American Society of Anesthesiology (ASA) difficult airway algorithm and various airway techniques have been intraduced into clinical practice to aid airway management. Airway management patterns in Croatia have not been previously reported. The goal of this study was to determine the current practice paterns of difficult airway management among Croatian anaesthesiologists. Metods. An anonymous questionaire was distributed among Croatian anaesthessiologists at three universities (Zagreb, Split, Rijeka) and during two anaesthesia meetings (Split, Dubrovnik) between Sept. 2003 and May 2004.
