Sažetak
The crystal lattice distortion change has been investigated in niobium microalloyed steel with 0.048% Nb. The final deformation of the thermomechanical treatment was performed on the fully continouos rolling mill in temperature range 987-887C. X-ray diffraction was used for the examination of processes in substructure occuring during the rolling. The analysis of diffraction lines profile according to Warren and Averbach provided quantitative information on the crystal latice distortion changes.
