Sažetak
We argue that schemes of many of the Non--Destructive Testing (NDT) methods as well as the general NDT procedures could be and already are used in the present day problem of the antipersonnel landmine (APL) detection. The equipment used in various NDT evaluations could be used with a reasonable level of modifications as an efficient landmine detection tool. The classiffication of NDT methods connected with demining and the list of basic advantages and disadvantages are presented and the need for the method characterization and performance based evaluation stressed
