Sažetak
The paper is a presentation of the history of private primary education in Croatia with a special emphasis on Jewish education in Croatia throughout history. It is a case study of a private Jewish primary school Lauder – Hugo Kon, situated in Zagreb, Croatia. The school was founded by the Jewish religious community Bet Israel in Croatia. It opened and started working on September 6th, 2006. The paper points out the features of Jewish primary education, presenting the school's population, curricula, and specific activities. This school is a great example of school pluralism of primary education in the Republic of Croatia
