Sažetak
This paper presents an overview of popular Web 2.0 technologies and a review of research related to their use in education. A survey of the use of Web 2.0 technologies was performed by university students with a high level of ICT skills and access to the Internet. For selected Web 2.0 technologies and services the students were asked how frequently they use them and for what purpose. Web 2.0 technologies are suitable for communication between the instructor and the students, for collaboration among students, and for peer-to-peer learning. They can also support novel forms of technology use in education and innovation in instructional design.
