Sažetak
The Abbe flap involves a composite transfer of skin, muscle and mucosa of the central part of the lower lip ti the upper lip. We used this flap for severe bilateral cleft lip and nose deformities in 20 patients. The results showed that the optimal width of the flap is 1 - 1, 5 cm.
