Sažetak
Presurgical orthopedics was used in complete unilataral CLP patients. The goal was to provide optimal skeletal relationship and to faciliate susequent surgery by reducing the gap between the maxillary segments. the results were analysed in two grups of patients with unilateral CLP. An original computer based method for maxillary arch analysis based on ratios (indices) was established. This study included 20 patients, treated with preoperative orthodontics.
