Sažetak
We studied the incidence and growth dynamics of chemically induced tumors in mice depleted of T lymphocytes and mice with either depressed or stimulated NK-cell/macrophages functions in nine experimental groups (30 mice per group): untreated mice, TIR mice, IR mice, mice received silica particles with or without MCA, mice received injections of Corynebacterium parvum. We concluded that immulnological status does not influence the incidence of chemically induced tulmors in mice but strongly influence the time of tumor appearance, the resistance of mice to tumors and the dynamics of tumor growth.
