Sažetak
Cilj rada je bio razviti metodu za određivanje oligoklonskih imunoglobulina IgG u nekoncentriranim uzorcima likvora .Razvijena metoda se temelji na izoelektričnom fokusiranju proteina u ultratankom poliakrilamidnom gelu, imuno fiksaciji sa specifičnim protutijelom na humani IgG i bojanjem specifičnog imunoprecipitata sa srebrom. Metoda je vrlo specifična i osjetljiva, te vrlo jednostavna i prikladna za rutinsku primjenu.
