Sažetak
The planned construction of the traffic Corridor Vc will certainly have a significant impact on overall social activities, in particular on economic perspective of the regions it passes through, and those connected to the Corridor by traffic infrastructure. Adequate valorisation and monitoring of economic effects of its usage is one of the crucial economic issues. Our research aims to construct a model that could determine the factors resulting from Corridor Vc traffic which have the biggest influence on economic development. In this model they are defined as independent (predictor) variables. Response variables indicate the influence of Corridor Vc usage on particular business activities, as well as on the economy as a whole. The variables identified are then used to formulate the initial model. Estimation and testing of the importance of structural parameters can be carried out by multiple regression analysis based on permanently gathered, up-to-date data on Corridor Vc utilization. The obtained results will enable us to construct a reduced form of the model. Its implementation, which implies continuous control and possible corrections, will eventually bring about a model that will adequately evaluate and monitor the influence of Corridor Vc on economic development of regions oriented towards this traffic route.
