Sažetak
As to the text of the draft Constitution itself, it must be said that the part relating to the common security and defence policy is drafted in a very confusing manner-even for the readers with knowledge in this area. We can only hope that based on this draft Constitution the EU experts on security and defence issues will be able to draft clearer, more comprehensive and more specific acts which are very much needed for the efficieny of the whole common security and defence project.
