Sažetak
The mathematical model for amorphous silicon solar cell proposed by G.A.Schwarty was applied in computer simulation and tested on several tens of models according to Standard Test Conditions. It has been found that the model agrees with the values on the mesured current-voltage characteristics, except in the maximum power point region. Because that region is usually working point of the modul, the mnodel is optimized with regard to that region.
