Sažetak
This article shows that the productivity of intellectual work can be measured. This means that merit as well as the whole fault for achueved results are assigned to managament. Productivity assesment offers an useful way of measurement for business operation evaluating of local units in private and public sector. It is necessary to balance accounts with intellectual capital. Without taking into account the knowledge acumulated in heads of employed, suppliers and clients, all other indicatora of business operation remain incomplete and inadequate for consideration of business capability of an organization.
