Sažetak
This research was conducted according to the questionnaire which consited of four groups of questions. With the first group we wanted to check the frequency and students' main reasons for visiting the library. The second group of questions was supposed to indicate the way how students get the necessary information about the library collection and its sources, and to determine in what measure they are satisfied with the library collection (books, periodicals etc.). The third group of questions refferred to the use of information technologies and electronic sourrces in the libraries. When we asked them about searching of web sites and online catalogue, our aim was to define the level of their computer literacy. The fourt group was related to the satisfaction of students with the working hours of the library, its location, the space offerred for library activities and the services provided by the librarians. The results that we got show that most of the students of these institutions are present in the library two or three times a week and the repeated reasons for their visity are lending and reading books and searching (recording) information (mostly for seminars). Students of the mentioned faculties answered that for information about the library collection they mostly ask librarians in contrast to GISKO where they mostly search catalogues. The quality of all three library collections is evaluated as very good. In 60-80% of the cases libraries possess the materials that students need. Concerning the searching of the web sites of the libraries and related data bases most of them answered that they search them once a month.
