Sažetak
The importance of cervical dysplasia is based on comprehension that is is premalignant leasion. The WHO defined dysplasia as a leasion in wich part of the thickness of the epithelium is replaced by cells showing varying degrees of atypia and carcinoma in situ as a leasion in wich all or most of the epithelium shows the features of carcinoma. Dealing the problems in defining correct grade of dysplasia and carcinoma in situ in routine work, we decided to correlate dysplasia-carcinoma in situ and CIN classification and analyse their reproducibility.
