Sažetak
WT is relatively rare malignant neoplasm of infancy. Immunological aspect of WT has not been completely clarified yet. MAGE family gene products encompass tumors-associated antigens (TAAs) recognized by HLA-restricted specific T-cells. We investigated the expression of MAGE-1 in 12 renal tumors (10 WT, 1 clear cell sarcoma and 1 mesoblastic nephroma) diagnosed at the Department of Pathology.
