Sažetak
The presentation deals with the relation between corruption and judicial time management. It is argued that the speed of judicial proceedings in much more than a superficial obstacle in the process of accession of Croatia and the EU. Appropriate time management in judiciary is the necessary tool for both the reform of civil procedure and the fight against corruption - and both are preconditions for successful accession to the EU.
