Sažetak
The hotelier can be successful if he is an expert in reading the market. His knowledge is the basis for creation of his product and defining marketing strategy of its promotion and sale. Overcoming of possible difficulties in sale of hotel product could be mastered by constant communication with the market, permanent innovations of the product and the adequate use of marketing activities.
