Sažetak
Morphologic-anatomical and molecular characteristics of sesleria juncifolia complex were studied, which in the Dinaric area, is comprised by following species: S. kalnikensis, S. juncifolia, S. interrupta and S. ujhelyii. Along transect through the areal of complex 235 specimens from 21 populations were collected and included in morphometric analysis. 84 specimens from 20 populations were included in the analysis of amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP). 30 morphological and anatomical characters were investigated. Morphometric data were analysed using some univariate and multivariate statistical methods (principal component analysis-PCA, discriminate analysis, cluster analysis), and molecular data using appropriate mutivariate methods (neighbor-joining and principal coordinate analysis-PCoA). Results have shown that the most of analysed characters change clinally trough the areal of complex in direction from the north-west to the south-east, and that the arrangement of areals of researched species follows the same pattern. Furthermore, it was shown that the complex is comprised by highly related populations, but inspite of that the distinction between microspecies is still possible.
