Sažetak
The specific cultural context of post-socialism is characterized by the democratization processes of newly emerged democratic states, in which the formation of civil society plays an important role. The inclusion of the state and society in global processes are of immense importance, in which new modes of communication are crucial. All societal levels have their role in this processes, and one of them is the micro-level in which civil society associations operates through their activities. As one important feature of global inclusion is international cooperation through communication, and as this form of cooperation is best mediated through the internet, one way to assess the modes of intercultural communication is to look at the representational modes of cultural associations on the Web. Hence, this paper will present the results of an empirical research dealing with the analysis of representational modes of Croatian cultural civil society associations on the world Wide Web.
