Sažetak
Abstract: Objectives: The purpose of this research was to determine the psychological profile of communicational and management styles of the middle level managers in the police in Croatia. It was shown that there are some differences in usage of communicational and management styles in Croatian police ; autocratic management style, and forgiving and indifferent communicational styles are used more often than it was shown in some other countries. For that reason, and because of the incomplete knowledge about communicational abilities, some changes in the education of managers in Croatian police should be initiated.
