Sažetak
The increase in air traffic imposes considerable demands on limited communication capacity and contributes significantly to the decrease of quality of air-ground voice communication. The paper focuses on defining the measures of quality of air-ground voice communication that can be used to evaluate telecommunication services. Voice delay is critical for air traffic safety. In our research we will analyze the problems of air– ground voice communication in the current systems and present the possibility of migrating current systems to new communication and information technology
