Sažetak
The article analises the role of national courts in the application of Community law, especially with respect to the influence of Community law upon the role and traditional powers of national courts and reasons for such changes. In the end the author gives an assessment of necessary adjustments which the countries of Central and Eastern Europe have to acomplish in the field of judiciary in order to achieve the full membership in the European Community.
