Sažetak
In this work, showing the institutional framework in the implementation of Croatian legislation to competition were presented. The need for further, gradual, regulating registration agreement and concentration was pointed out, as well as undertaking the necessary reporting and administrative bodies, which also in many different ways can affect the free competition.
