Sažetak
The municipality of Dubrovnik needs a rehabilitation program as a model for sustainable regeneration that would preserve both physical and socio-economic integrity of the historic center and its communal territory. Future economic strategies for rehabilitation of the city should reflect the local needs and involvement of the grass roots in decision-making structures ; and finally the initiation of small-scale local industry and business as an income generating projects should be developed in order to help the city to recover economically and socially.
