Sažetak
It is possible to decrease the laser beam cutting costs by correct determination of cutting parameters. Production costs have a lot of sources and maximum reducing is achievable by performing the multifactor analysis of influencing factors. In this paper, the influence of cutting speed and cutting gas pressure are analyzed. Each of these parameters strongly influence the obtained cut quality. Surface roughness, as indicator of cutting ability, is usually functional value which is dependent on cutting parameters. For its optimization, it is necessary to determine the optimal cutting parameters. Further reducing of production costs is possible by the optimization of material utilization and laser cutting head path. Reducing of cutting time (number of machine hours) is obtainable by the selection of good cutting order of cutout, and by reducing a number of free movement.
